3 Ways To Earn A Repeat Customer At Your Restaurant

Category: Restaurants

It’s not enough to have great food in a restaurant. You need to stand out from the hundreds of other restaurants by creating an experience, not just a meal. In fact, 78% of millennials say they would rather spend money on an experience, such as a restaurant or other activity, compared to purchasing an item from a store. The best way to create a memorable dining experience for your customers is by furnishing it with high-quality fixtures. Read on to learn about the best restaurant fixtures to include in your new venture and how to keep your loyal customers coming back time and time again.

  1. Own Your Vibe

To provide an unforgettable experience for your customers, start by assessing what vibe you want your customers to feel when they walk into the room. Whether it’s upscale, casual, or a mix of the two, be sure that your fixtures are made with the right materials to give your customers the atmosphere they want.

Our design team worked closely with The Capital Burger to create an aesthetic that matched their classic American menu while giving the feeling of a high-end dining experience. We utilized custom millwork, metal, and a large bar area to bring warmth and personality to the historic  space.

  1. Encourage Customers To Stay

Designing tasting or retail areas outside of the dining room is another way to encourage customers to stay. Not only does this give you another stream of income other than traditional dining, but it also encourages customers to stay and grab a glass of wine or pick up a sweet treat before or after their meal.

The large format tasting bars and retail spaces we built for Cooper’s Hawk is a great example of this. We worked to create custom wood shelving for retail items, a tasting bar area, and a to-go dessert area that matched the theme of their dining area, but still felt like a new space.

  1. Focus On The Bar

Another great way to earn a repeat customer is to focus on your bar area. Honing in on a great bar space and atmosphere is key for the overall customer experience. Not only does it serve as a focal point, but also is a starting point for many of your patrons who may be waiting for a table.

This large curved bar we created for Eddie V’s is a great example of utilizing high-end materials to create a great bar atmosphere. Paired with the lighting and accents, this bar has a luxurious feel that matches the vibe of the restaurant decor and menu.

The key to keeping customers coming back is to create an experience for your customers, not just another meal. Using high-quality fixtures is one of the best ways to ensure that your customers talk about their experience and spread the word to their friends and family. Ready to start a project of your own?
