Job Description:
Showbest is looking for a Store Fixture Estimator who is enthusiastic about manufacturing and the retail industry and eager to learn the intricacies of estimating store fixtures. While prior experience in fixture estimation is preferred, we welcome individuals who are willing to learn and grow within our organization. As a Store Fixture Estimator at Showbest, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate cost estimates for custom store fixtures, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality solutions within their budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom store fixtures based on client specifications and project requirements.
2. Material and Labor Analysis: Analyze materials and labor costs to determine the most cost-effective solutions, while ensuring the highest quality standards.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to understand project requirements and make informed estimations.
4. Research and Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to continually improve the accuracy of estimates.
5. Problem Solving: Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and creative solutions to meet client needs while maintaining profitability.
6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed estimates, ensuring that they are well-organized and readily accessible for reference.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not required).
2. Prior experience in fixture estimation is preferred but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidate.
3. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address unique project requirements.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
6. Resourceful and able to adapt to evolving project needs and changing industry dynamics.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is necessary.
