The Opportunity

American Eagle is one of the most successful modern retailers who has scaled utilizing a massive retail rollout. Showbest was fortunate enough to develop a relationship with American Eagle in its initial stages. We were first given an opportunity with American Eagle to prototype watch and jewelry stands. In light of the brand’s growth potential at the time we worked hard to value engineer multiple products, implement cost savings throughout, and worked with a variety of agents across the company. We were initially asked to work on stores in Boston, Las Vegas, and San Francisco with the promise of further growth.

Since the initial partnership, we have completed 3,500 stores, including 134 in one year in the US and Canada. There are currently five different design programs underway with the brand.

Materials Expertise

American Eagle has evolved over the years and we have adjusted to keep our materials up-to-date. Our projects together have increased in complexity, requiring additional metal and glass to create a more upscale experience.

Custom Product Design

Our product design for American Eagle has included cash wraps, display tables, shelving, and perimeter walls. We’ve also sourced and provided hooks, mirrors, and marquees. We are always happy to accommodate changes or retrofit current stock to satisfy new design changes.

Import/Export

We work to consolidate and build relationships with other vendors to increase our material portfolio. American Eagle’s fixtures consist of a blended mix of import and domestic production.
We have helped expand American Eagle stores around the world, including Israel and Saudi Arabia. Through this, we have perfected the process of moving our fixtures through customs and have become experts at sourcing for both domestic and import in order to remain competitive for American Eagle’s growth and need for lower pricing.
