The Opportunity
We have been committed to maintaining Cooper Hawk’s rustic, yet sleek aesthetic throughout the eight locations we’ve designed for ResCon Group since 2016. All of the restaurant properties contain unique features like multiple large format tasting bars and retail spaces. When we were asked to work on their new restaurants in Dania Beach and Naples, Florida, we approached the projects excited to incorporate their brand while also considering innovations relevant to the new locations.
We have refined our process with Cooper’s Hawk over the past four years, making the Dania Beach and Naples locations smooth transactions with no “emergency” calls/emails and little to no punch list items. We created custom fixtures for their in-store retail areas, large bar areas for tastings and dining, as well as custom cabinetry and tables throughout the locations. We are currently partnering on a ninth Cooper’s Hawk location in Toledo, Ohio and are actively working to secure two other locations in Missouri and Arizona.
