The Eddie V’s team and their contractors entered the project with high expectations and as always, it has been our goal to be exceptional and reliable. Over the life of our relationship, the team has requested specialized builds such as solid wood walnut bar tops, advanced integrated but stylish ADA compliant features, and a variety of built-in wood panels and features. We’ve had the opportunity to customize and overcome unique design integrations in several restaurant locations across the country ranging from Pittsburgh, PA to Palm Desert, CA.

The drawings and information were pre-determined, but there was a significant learning curve in fully understanding how the Darden team worked to create the brand’s high-end experience. Once we fully understood the needs of the project, we collaborated closely with the client to deliver a top-shelf product which included custom CNC’s column wraps and custom curved walnut bar rail nosing.

Due to the quality experience we’ve provided, we have been selected to work on multiple Eddie V’s across the country as well as other restaurants in the Darden family, including The Capital Grille and The Capital Burger. We’ve overcome aesthetic and engineering hurdles. We are also proud to be able to create innovative and integrated solutions like a separate walnut section with a serv-asyst mechanism that allows the walnut top to be dropped down when needing to accommodate a handicapped person for ADA compliance.
